Jim has lived a life few could dream of. Over nearly five decades, he’s journeyed from dusty excavation pits to the deep ocean, becoming one of the world’s foremost maritime archaeologists.
Armed with a Ph.D. in archaeology and a lifelong passion for the past, Jim has led or participated in more than 100 shipwreck investigations around the world. He's directed museums, shaped national heritage programs, led deep-sea expeditions, and written and edited dozens of books.
With Jim at the helm, this podcast is your passport to stories of history and adventure.
